Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from University of Denver
MA in Clinical Counseling Psychology from La Salle University

My Approach to Counseling:
I use our first meeting to get to know you and the individual things you are looking to address. Together, we create a plan of action- how to heal from the situations you have experienced. I use a culturally sensitive, trauma-informed approach to counseling.

For those who want to know about counseling theory, let me throw the acronyms out there: I use CBT and DBT, but also relational therapy.

I am originally from Trinidad, in the Caribbean. I moved to the U.S. when I was 8 years old and identify as being bicultural. In my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling, hiking, and spending time with family. I love experiencing new cultures, new food, new music, etc. I am excited to learn more about you to see if we can be a good fit!

I am verified by Psychology Today and the National Register of Health Service Psychologists.
